Steam-Powered Twitter

Because of a GOOD thing (upgrading a computer Paul called “steam-powered”), I was without computer/internet for a day. It was like a power outage: I kept thinking, “Well, since I can’t work on blogs, I’ll get caught up on email….oh. Well, I’ll set up the fish tank. Hm, I’ll go Google whether it’s bad to put them close the the television…oh.” And I had to do Twitter MANUALLY:

But it would be really cool if DNA DID store memories.

    Or maybe not.

Surely there’s been a novel written on this premise?

Svelty- We’re working on the assumption that all cats are guilty of fleas unless proven innocent, so all of them have the tell-tale greasy-looking neck patch today.

Susan- Oh! I am glad you like it! I’m tempted to forward your remark to past teachers who despaired at my penmanship.

I am inordinately smug that I am mentioned on your steam-powered twitter feed. Also, please come and babysit Sam ASAP. He could use a flea treatment as well. You can never be to careful with fleas, amirite?

My butt is bruised so deeply that I ACHED but didn’t appear bruised for a couple of DAYS. And now? SHUTTER. It’s AWFUL. But no, I’m not doctoring. It’s my butt CHEEK, not my tailbone. And lemme tell you how fun it was to sit in the car all day! Esp. since my elbow is also very bruised and it kept bumping it on the car armrest and then stifling a yelp.

(It’s my left butt cheek. Maybe we’re mirror image twins?)

(To anyone besides Swistle that might not be following my train of thought? I’m responding to a comment Swistle left on her last post.)
