Baby Bergman, Sibling to Jordyn, Brynn, and Joshua

Hello!

We are stuck on a girl name for our soon to be babe. Due February 14, 2021. Our last name is Bergman, three older siblings are Jordyn, Brynn and Joshua. We’ve considered the names Jillian and Brooklyn, but aren’t sold yet.

Your help would be appreciated!

I hope this response isn’t too late to be of any use.

I find Brooklyn Bergman a little hard to say, but possibly in a good way, I can’t decide. I like that it gives you two each of J names and B names, and I like that all three girls get a Y. I like Jillian, but if it were me I’d prefer not to add a third J name (but I wouldn’t let that stop me if I loved the name and wanted to use it). More names to consider (including some I’m not sure about with the surname, in the same way I’m not sure about Brooklyn):

Ashlyn
Aubrey
Avery
Bailey
Bethan
Carys
Delaney
Ellery
Ellison
Emerson
Emlyn
Finley
Hadley
Keelyn
Kinley
Laine/Lane
Paige
Reese
Ryleigh
Shelby
Sloane
Sydney
Teagan

I like Swistle’s suggestion of Bailey and would add for your consideration:
    Brielle Bergman
Bronwyn Bergman (love this but you might find it too similar to Brynn)
    Beatrice Bergman (Bea Bergman)
I like the idea of another “b” name obviously.

What about Gillian? Same name, now you don’t have three “J” names with one poor lonely “B”.

I also like Brooke without the Lyn. Easier to say with your surname, short and sweet like Bryn and Jordyn
    Other suggestions:
    Bellamy
    Bristol

Brooke without the -lynn, as another commenter suggested, would be wonderful. What about Blair? Or Bevin/Bevyn? Or Bina (like Tina)?

    Congratulations!

I like Brooklyn for you, especially if you have a connection to the place, and Bailey best of the suggestions. How about Blythe? I had a really smart student by that name once and it’s appealed to me ever since.

Trying to keep the Y for sister cohesion:
Bevyn – might be too close to a mash-up of Jordyn and Brynn
    Beryl
    Jocelyn
    July
    Peyton
    Sky / Skye
    Cybill / Sibyl
    Dayna / Dana
    Shay / Shaye
    Darcy

I also like just plain Brooke. :)

…and then throwing Y out the window:

      Sage
      Rowan
      Wren
Gwen (I like Gwynne and Wynne but feel they are too close to Brynn)
Glenn (like Glenn Close, not Glen from TWD)
      Elm

Loving the suggestion of Blythe! It fits well with the siblings and it sounds nice with your last name.

    Best wishes for the birth!

I love Beatrice and Bianca the best with the other siblings’ names – nickname can be Bea for both options.
Bella is also really nice but more popular (if matters).

I wouldn’t use anything too feminine since Jordyn and Brynn are more on the unisex side. I like Blair and Blythe but also suggest names like Ellis, Parker, Blake, Sloan, etc.

I like the idea of another B name even though I prefer Jillian to Brooklyn. And I do think Brooklyn is a touch of a mouthful with your surname. Brooke flows better in my opinion.

I also like Blair, Bellamy, Britta, Britton, Bridget, Bonnie

The only Brynn I have met is a boy and his sister is Scarlett which I think is a gorgeous pair so I’ll throw that to you. Scarlett Bergman.

Maybe another B name, or else a non-J name so Brynn isn’t the odd one out, unless of course you’re planning on more kids to have B or non-J names!
    Beverly
    Brighton
    Bella/Belle
    Banks
    Betsy
    Braelyn
I also like Blair and Blake from previous comments.
It seems like you like names ending in the “in” sound so I will suggest a few:
    Madelyn
    Gwendolyn
    Adelyn
    Kaylyn
    Caitlin
    Vivian
    Lillian
    Rowan

Love the suggestion of Blythe as well as the suggestion of Laine/Lane, but I prefer the Layne spelling for this sibling group. Carys Is sweet for a Valentine’s baby.

Do you like Islay or Aspen?

    What about Jubilee?

Already commented but had to come back to say I thought Brooke was perfect! Then I saw Blythe and I fell in love. Best wishes to your family!
