I have seven minutes before I have to do something else, but I wanted to tell you I’m reading a book in which a man’s middle name is Rejoice, and I think it would be fun to return to this type of thing—which I think of, perhaps incorrectly (history has always been a weak point) as Early American, or Colonial, or Settlers, or Pioneers.
